Glowing Skin Top Fruits and Vegetables

Amla or Indian gooseberry

 

Amla or the Indian gooseberry is rich in vitamin A and helps to increase the production of collagen. This is necessary for your skin to be glowing. You can consume its juice while your stomach is empty in the morning to lower the collagen degeneration.

Beetroot

Apple

Due to their acidic nature, tomatoes help to tighten your pores and prevent the pimples. Tomatoes are usually added as a puree to many dishes but you can also have it raw or in a salad.

Strawberry

 

Strawberries have malic acid in them that act as a whitening agent. Also the presence of antioxidants in them gives you radiance from within. You can have strawberries as it is, or add them to your yogurt or smoothie. You can also them externally as a mask by mashing them and keep it on for about 15 minutes to get glowing skin.
